Salary Survey

COCHA members have guided the development of a salary survey focused on the financial institution industry. This annual project has become important to Oklahoma financial institutions in guiding their salary structure and benefit compensation decisions.

Participant data is gathered via emailed spreadsheets, or paper documents - whichever is convenient for them. The survey includes each reported wage - annualized for full time - hourly for part time. Average, minimum and maximum comparison tables, grouped by geographic region and institution deposit size, are incorporated. A 5-year average wage history report is also included.

Benefits reports include information gathered on CEO and Board prerequisites and policies, health care benefits and payments, pre-enrollment issues, incentive programs and time off policies to name a few.

  • Historical records indicate our first salary survey was conducted in 1920 in Oklahoma City. More recently, the survey has grown to include all regions throughout the state, and continues to provide unprecedented value.

Basics of this project remain unchanged, to support the needs of COCHA members while maintaining strict security and anonymity of data.
